1. Return / Cancellation of fees cannot be done except:
- 1.1 Users error entering Account No. (Assessment or Compound).
2. If that's the case, users have to complete a number of documents to be sent to the Finance Department.
- 1. A copy of the proof of payment
- 2. Copy of Identification Card
- 3. Official Letter (Signed, Identity Card No. and Mobile Phones No.)
- 3. MBMB will make adjustment payment for account user if they are facing the problem.
